Session management tools in Airsoft Force Tracking are available only to session administrators.
If you do not see or can’t open the options described below, it means you are not logged in as an administrator.

This article explains where the session management tools are located and what they are used for.

How to access session management

1. Open the main navigation menu.
2. Select Session.
3. Join the session you want to manage.
4. Log in using the administrator password defined during session creation.
5. Open the hamburger menu in the top-right corner of the screen.

Once logged in as an administrator, the session management tools become available.

Session management tools

The following tools are available only to users logged in as session administrators:

• Scenarios – Manage game scenarios within the session.
• Armies – Create and manage armies, configure passwords, and control army-related settings.
• QR Codes – Manage QR codes associated with the session for fast and controlled player access.
• Connected Players – View a real-time list of players currently connected to the session.

Access restrictions

• Players who are not members of the administrative army cannot access session management tools.
• These options are visible but blocked from non-admin users.
• Regular players only can run gameplay-related features.

This design keeps the interface clean for players while providing full control to organizers and referees.

Central control point

• The session management menu is the single entry point for all administrative features.
• All advanced session-related actions described in other articles are accessed from this menu.
