One Active Scenario at a Time — By Design
Airsoft Force Tracking allows you to add multiple scenarios to a single session, but only one can be active at any given time. This is intentional. Before the event starts, you can prepare a full lineup of scenarios tailored to different playstyles and paces — then activate them one by one as the day unfolds. If the group wants fast, objective-driven rounds, activate a scenario that fits that tempo. If the mood shifts toward something slower and more tactical, switch accordingly. The session adapts to the players, not the other way around.

Who Can Activate a Scenario?
As with all session management functions, activating a scenario requires administrator access. Regular participants cannot activate or switch scenarios. The procedure below assumes you are logged in as the session administrator.
Step-by-Step: Activating a Scenario
1. Open Scenario Management
Log in to your session as administrator and navigate to the Scenario Management window. The full procedure for getting there is described in the adding a scenario to a session article.
2. Select the scenario you want to activate
In the scenario list, locate the scenario you wish to activate. Inactive scenarios are displayed greyed out. Tap on it to open its configuration window.
3. Activate
Inside the configuration window, open the hamburger menu and select Activate.
That’s it. The scenario is now active.
4. Players get access automatically
Within a few moments, all participants currently logged in to the session will gain access to the active scenario on their devices. No action is required on their end.
