Step by Step
Once your session is created, navigate to the Session tool from the main navigation menu. Open the hamburger menu and select Scenarios. You will see a list of scenarios already added to the session.
To add a new one, open the hamburger menu again and select Add scenario to session. A window will appear showing the available scenario types:
- Standard Conflict — classic gameplay for groups that do not expect narrative or story elements. A solid starting point for any event.
- Correspondent — team competition to scan QR codes scattered across the battlefield. Requires generating and printing the codes from the app in advance.
- Honeypot — free-for-all deathmatch. Requires one prop: a phone running the app, placed inside a suitcase or backpack.
- Sabotage — a two-team confrontation between attackers and defenders fighting over bomb arming and disarming.
After selecting a scenario, you will see a details window with a confirmation prompt. Confirm — the scenario will appear on the list.
One Active, Many Ready
Only one scenario can be active in a session at a time — but you can prepare as many as you like in advance and activate them at any point during the event.
For example: Standard Conflict as a warm-up, Correspondent as a tactical mid-event scenario that builds team cohesion, Honeypot as a high-energy finish. Or something else entirely — the order and selection of scenarios depends entirely on you and the nature of your group.
Approach
This is the core of how Airsoft Force Tracking approaches event management. The tool is designed so that all the organizational work happens before the event — calmly, at a desk, with time to think through every decision. During the game, the administrator is not configuring, not explaining, and not improvising. They are activating what they already prepared and focusing on making sure participants are having fun.
The more work done before the game, the less friction during it.
