If you run your own airsoft arena or field, I have put together a dedicated guide for local event companies — covering scenario gameplay, field mapping, and how AFT can become part of your regular offering.
Run your event. Don’t chase it.
You are organising an event for dozens or hundreds of players. You have multiple teams, several factions, a scenario to run — and no tool that gives you a real-time view of the entire battlefield. AFT changes that.
Airsoft Force Tracking is a mobile application designed with event organisers in mind. It gives you full situational awareness: you see the positions of all factions simultaneously, track the progress of mission objectives, and respond before chaos has a chance to develop.
What does the organiser see?
As an organiser, you operate within a dedicated Administrative Army — a visibility layer above all factions. You see the positions of every player regardless of which side they are on. You can place markers visible to selected factions, monitor objective completion, and moderate the game without leaving your command post.
Once the game concludes, you receive a session report — a structured summary of player activity, key events, and the overall flow of the game. You can use it to analyse the event or as material for a debrief with your teams.
Two deployment models — your choice
Full Model — players install the application on their own phones and join their teams in AFT. Everyone has access to their faction’s map, can call for a medic, use shared markers, and coordinate without a radio. Maximum benefit for both players and the organiser.
RTO Model — only team commanders (or RTOs) use AFT. The rest of the players operate in the traditional way. The organiser requires the application only at the command level — you maintain full situational awareness while teams keep their own style of play. A practical starting point when you do not want to require installation from every participant.
How does deployment work?
I do not leave organisers on their own with the application. Deployment follows a clear sequence of steps:
- Initial contact — you reach out to me to express your interest in running an event. We can do this via e-mail or Discord.
- Consultation — I ask a few questions to understand the nature of your event: casual skirmish, milsim, festival, LARP? Based on your answers, I advise which deployment model suits you best and what features are worth configuring.
- Session setup — I prepare a session tailored to your event: factions, colours, command structure, scenarios, and map layers. You receive a ready-made framework to build upon.
- Discord walkthrough — we meet online and I walk you through what I have configured, answer your questions, and adjust any details to fit your needs.
- Session handover — from this point the session is yours. You can continue configuring it independently, hand access to your RTOs, or run your own briefing for players.
- Event day support — if you would like, I can support you on-site or remotely during the event itself.
- Post-event debrief — after the event we meet on Discord to discuss your experience, what worked well, and what could be improved.
- Supporting the project — if the experience met your expectations, I warmly encourage you to support the project through a voluntary donation. AFT is built and maintained by a single developer, and every contribution helps keep it running and growing.
Scalability and reliability in the field
AFT performs reliably at events ranging from 50 to 500+ participants. Map data is stored locally on each device, so the application works without an active mobile data connection. In areas with no cellular coverage at all, AFT integrates with Meshtastic — a radio mesh network that maintains a basic data exchange between devices without any infrastructure.
Large events — those with more than 200 participants — come with full support from my side throughout the entire event. I am available via Discord or phone for the duration of the operation.
Pricing and contact
A full overview of available plans is available on the pricing page. Corporate and Enterprise plans are quoted individually — please write to airsoft@seethersky.com or reach out to me directly on Discord.
Media partnerships in 2026: if your event produces media content — photographs, videos, Instagram coverage, or written reports — you may be eligible for a significant discount. I am actively looking for partners who can help showcase AFT in action. Get in touch and let us talk.
