If you are planning a larger one-off event — a milsim operation, a multi-faction game day, or a large organised skirmish — I have a separate guide for event organisers covering everything from command structure to on-site support.
Your players come back. But do they have a reason to come back a fifth time?
A player visiting you for the first time is amazed. A player visiting you for the fourth time is looking for a reason to come back for a fifth. Airsoft Force Tracking gives you that reason — structured, scenario-driven gameplay that turns a regular shooting day into a mission your clients will talk about afterwards.
AFT is a mobile scenario platform designed with airsoft arenas and local event companies in mind. It gives you ready-made, structured game modes you can integrate into your existing events — no additional hardware, no complicated logistics.
Three ready-to-run scenarios. Each one different.
Correspondent — the race for information
Teams compete for control of information scattered across the battlefield. QR codes are generated directly in the app, printed, and hidden around your field before the game begins. Players must find and scan them, scoring points for their team with every code collected. The first team to gather the full set wins. The scenario demands movement, coordination, and exploration of the entire area. Works well for mixed groups, casual players, and corporate clients alike.
Sabotage — the clock is ticking
An asymmetric scenario played under time pressure. Attackers must arm and detonate a device — a phone provided by you becomes a bomb interface directly within the app. Defenders have limited time to disarm it. Simple to brief, immediate tension, a clear moment of resolution. One of the strongest formats for corporate groups and bachelor parties — everyone knows what it means to defuse a bomb.
Honeypot — every man for himself
A free-for-all in its purest form. Every player operates solo. The objective: seize a briefcase containing a phone running the active app, then carry it to your own extraction zone. Chaotic, unpredictable, full of sudden reversals. An excellent final round or a standalone format for more experienced players.

These three scenarios are just the beginning. I am actively developing new formats and I welcome ideas from the companies I work with. If you have a concept tailored to your field or your regular clients — get in touch. We can build something designed specifically for your venue.
How does deployment work?
I do not leave you on your own with the application. The process is straightforward and goes step by step:
- Initial contact — you tell me about your business: what your field looks like, what kinds of groups visit you, and what game formats you already offer. We can do this by e-mail or Discord.
- Consultation — based on what you share, I advise which scenarios fit your field and your typical clients best. We discuss what can be deployed immediately and what requires some preparation.
- Map preparation — I help you create offline maps of your field and custom vector layers: play zones, buildings, fortifications, extraction points, and respawn markers. Your players see your arena on their phones — not a generic map from the internet.
- Session setup — I configure a session tailored to your events: factions, scenarios, and command structure. You receive a ready-made framework you can reuse for every event going forward.
- Discord walkthrough — we meet online, I walk you through everything live, answer your questions, and adjust any details to fit your needs.
- Session handover — from this point the session is yours. You can run it independently at every event, adjust scenarios, and manage players without needing my involvement.
- Event day support — if you would like, I can be available remotely during your first events with AFT. On-site support is also possible for larger operations.
- Post-event debrief — a short meeting on Discord to go over what worked well, what could be improved, and what you would like to change for next time.
- Supporting the project — if AFT met your expectations, I warmly encourage you to support the project through a voluntary donation. The platform is built and maintained by a single developer, and every contribution helps me add new features and scenarios.
What does the organiser see?
During the game you operate within a dedicated Administrative Army — a visibility layer above all factions. You see the positions of every player on the map regardless of which side they are playing on. You can monitor scenario progress, respond to incidents, and moderate the game from anywhere on your field or from a fixed command post.
Most scenarios (like Sabotage, or Honeypot) are built around devices provided by you as the organiser — your players do not need to install anything. Correspondent is the exception: it requires one Android device per team.
Pricing and contact
A full overview of available plans is available on the pricing page. The Corporate plan is quoted individually depending on the size of your company and the number of events you run — write to airsoft@seethersky.com or reach out directly on Discord.
Media partnerships in 2026: if your events produce media content — photographs, videos, or Instagram coverage — you may be eligible for a significant discount. I am actively looking for partners who can help showcase AFT in action. Get in touch and let us talk.
